In 2008, Erin began her career with PJ's Coffee as a barista at one of the Mandeville, Louisiana locations. After 1 year of service, she was promoted to Management. After managing a variety of stores for over a decade, Erin transitioned to a corporate role serving as our Special Events Coordinator in the Marketing Department.
