Derington “Jack” Ketchum first started serving coffee as a barista in 2017 and has been working in coffee ever since! Since then, Jack has earned his Master of Arts in English from Southeastern Louisiana University, joined the PJ’s Coffee team in 2023, and began working with the corporate office in March of 2024. Aside from great coffee, Jack’s favorite part of working for PJ’s is meeting new people, forming connections, and creating spaces for communities to gather. In his free-time, Jack practices guitar, goes on walks with his dog, and plays video games.
