Lauren was hired as a barista for PJ’s in 2015 and immediately fell in love with PJ’s culture. Within one year, she went from shift lead to an assistant, and finally the store’s manager. She managed the same store for 8 years, and in that time gained a ton of knowledge on how to fully operate a store. While she is so sad to leave all of her “regulars” she would see every day, she is so excited for her new role and can’t wait to continue to grow with PJ’s!
