Lyntrell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University. She began her career at Ballard Brands in 2018 as a Barista. Lyntrell has participated in several coordinated events helping to support brand awareness. She showed so much passion and drive for the brand, she was promoted to manager and was awarded Barista of the Year, while also carrying out tasks as an SBA. This year Lyntrell has been promoted to a Franchise Business Consultant where she learned the operational aspect of the business, as well Marketing, Sales, and building and maintaining relationships with Franchisee’s. Lyntrell is enthusiastic about supporting current franchise owners and welcoming new ones.
